Key Responsibilities: *Supporting partners and senior lawyers on corporate transactions, including M&A
*Conducting legal research
*Drafting and preparation of legal documents and reports
Candidate Requirements: *A strong academic background
*Must have SQE1 and ideally SQE2 completed
*At least 12 months Corporate experience
