Junior Mortgage Broker (Full CeMAP)
Our client is a highly successful property finance brokerage based in London. Continued growth has resulted in the need to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Mortgage Broker to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, energetic, and dynamic environment where you can develop your career in the mortgage / property finance industry.
Responsibilities
*Assist clients in identifying suitable mortgage products tailored to their needs.
*Provide professional advice and guidance on mortgage options, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
*Manage and process mortgage applications efficiently, liaising with lenders and other stakeholders.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
*Stay up-to-date with market trends, mortgage products, and regulatory changes.
*Support senior brokers and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Experience Required
*At least 12 months of experience in a mortgage sales related role.
*CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
*A proactive and client-focused approach to work.
