Job Description:
Olive Branch Recruitment is seeking a CBT/Integrative Therapist to join our clients team based in Chelmsford (Essex), working with adult day patients by delivering both individual and group therapy sessions. This is a part time role of 24 hours per week which includes working Saturday mornings (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) as part of the schedule. The remaining 20 hours are flexible across the working week.
Salary is £31,930 - £39,140 FTE and £20,435 – £25,050 per year for 24 Hours.
Our clients Chelmsford service is one of the UK’s leading treatment centres, highly rated by former patients for its excellence, dedication, and outstanding treatment outcomes. The wards provide private general psychiatry and addiction treatment services which supports individuals experiencing mental health crises related to psychosis, mood disorders, personality disorders, anxiety, and trauma. The multidisciplinary team comprising experienced consultant psychiatrists, specialty doctors, mental health nurses, and therapist , whilst delivering person-centred care in partnership with patients to maximise their recovery journey.
What you’ll be doingYou will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to patients wellbeing. Our client takes a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients
*Deliver high-quality, evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions using CBT and integrative approaches tailored to each patient’s formulation, goals, and clinical needs.
*Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and risk assessments, developing collaborative, person-centred treatment plans in partnership with patients and the multidisciplinary team.
*Provide therapeutic support for a broad range of mental health conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma-related presentations, and personality disorders.
*Monitor and evaluate progress using validated outcome measures, adapting interventions to optimise engagement, safety, and recovery outcomes.
*Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with professional, ethical, and organisational standards, while effectively managing a defined caseload.
*Contribute actively to multidisciplinary team meetings, supervision, service development, and ongoing professional development to ensure high-quality care deliver
