Personal Assistant to Founder - Humanitarian Impact Organization
Location: Solihull
Contract: Full-time | Permanent

Salary - £25000-£27000 (DOE)
Are you highly organized, proactive, and inspired by making a tangible difference in the world? We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to the Founder of a Humanitarian Impact Organization- someone who thrives at the heart of purposeful work and wants to help drive meaningful global change.
?? The Role
As PA to the Founder, you’ll be the backbone of their daily operations - ensuring time, focus, and energy are spent where they matter most. This isn’t just diary management; it’s about enabling leadership at its best.
Your day might include:
*Managing meetings, and global travel logistics
*Acting as a trusted liaison between the Founder and internal/external partners
*Preparing briefings, research summaries, and presentations on humanitarian initiatives
*Coordinating events, projects, and stakeholder communications
*General office duties - top up coffee, paper, stationery - not job too big or small

You’re a natural organiser and problem-solver, with a heart for humanity and a mind for logistics. You bring professionalism, discretion, and initiative to everything you do.
We’re looking for someone who is:
*Exceptionally detail-oriented yet sees the bigger picture
*Confident communicating across cultures and seniority levels
*Skilled in project management, scheduling, and written communication
*Passionate about humanitarian or social impact missions
*Adaptable, positive, and able to stay steady under pressure
*Tech savvy
