He doesn’t want a studier, not someone who is a "bells & whistle" accountant but instead someone who is really salt-of-the-earth, wants to work for an owner-managed business where the MD makes the brews, ask how your family is and genuinely gives a damn about your wellbeing.
Ideal if you want a role in the city centre (it’s right off Trinity Way), the buzz of town but close motorway links!
They want a presence in the office but equally if you need to get your head down for 1-2 days a week from home, that’s absolutely fine - crack on as long as the MD receives the info he needs a month-end!
