Personal Assistant to Executive HR
Location: Leeds
Salary: c£40,000
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Leeds-based organisation for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the HR leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business in a highly visible and impactful role.
You will provide high-level executive support to the senior HR team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations while also playing a key role in wider HR initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
*Providing comprehensive executive support to senior HR leaders
*Supporting and coordinating HR projects and strategic initiatives
*Preparing reports, presentations, and board-level documentation
*Managing diaries, meetings, and confidential correspondence
*Assisting with HR reporting, data analysis, and project tracking
Key Skills & Experience:*Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior PA, ideally within HR or a corporate environment
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
*Confident preparing reports and handling sensitive information
*Professional, proactive, and highly detail-oriented
