Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Co-ordinator to join our Infrastructure team. You will be responsible for supporting internal coordination of Savills teams and individuals at project level, supporting contract and project managers with reporting, programme management, and risk tracking. Developing and implementing survey access templates, reporting tools, and standardised processes.
You’ll be based out of our one of our key offices, in either Birmingham, Cambridge, Peterborough, Taunton or Bury St Edmunds. We have a number of vacancies and we are open to different locations. Your focus will be in the following areas:
• Creation and maintenance of survey access templates/processes
• Effective management of survey access across projects
• Assist in timesheet monitoring and support billing cycles
• Ensure invoicing is aligned with project milestone and programme requirements
• Support client relationship management and communications
• Deliver against client reporting tools and performance expectations
• Actively contribute to the achievement of framework KPIs
• Enhance internal and external visibility of Savills’ capabilities
• Leverage professional networks to gain market insight and identify potential opportunities
• Provide monthly updates to line manager on progress of survey access standardisation
• Coordinate project team members and promote a positive team culture
• Monitor and flag resourcing issues within project teams

The Utilities and Infrastructure Team support a wide range of projects across the UK. The team consists of approx. 100 across the UK, primarily focusses on Land Assembly on behalf of infrastructure clients.
