A respected not-for-profit organisation is seeking an In-house Lawyer to join its team in the East Midlands. This permanent opportunity offers hands-on experience advising on NHS and public procurement contracts, supporting meaningful projects that create real change across the UK.

Description
The In-house Lawyer will be:
*Advising on NHS and public procurement contracts
*Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
*Advising on a range of healthcare issues
*Providing pragmatic legal advice to operational stakeholders
*Assisting with governance, risk management and regulatory matters
Profile
The In-house Lawyer should be:
*A solicitor or equivalent with experience in commercial contracts (or a trainee coming to qualification)
*Familiar with NHS and/or public procurement frameworks
*Confident advising on tender processes and regulatory compliance
*Commercially minded with strong stakeholder communication skills
*Keen to build a long-term in-house career within the not-for-profit sector
Job Offer
This permanent role offers a salary of up to £55,000 alongside a competitive benefits package including generous annual leave, pension contributions, flexible and hybrid working (1/2 days a week in office) and access to wellbeing initiatives.
