Are you a driven finance professional looking to develop your commercial impact within a fast-paced hospitality environment? We’re partnering with a growing hospitality business based in Milton Keynes to recruit a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their dynamic finance team.
The Role:As Commercial Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting operational and commercial decision-making across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll provide insightful analysis that drives performance and profitability. This role will be office-based initially to support onboarding and collaboration, with hybrid flexibility available after probation.
Key responsibilities include:
*Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
*Producing weekly and monthly performance reports
*Analysing revenue, margin and cost performance
*Business partnering with operational teams
*Supporting pricing and promotional analysis
*Assisting with month-end processes and variance analysis
*Identifying trends and opportunities to improve performance
About You:*Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or actively studying
*Analytical, commercially curious and detail-oriented
*Confident working with large data sets (Excel skills essential)
*Strong communicator with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders
*Experience in hospitality, retail, FMCG or a multi-site environment would be advantageous
