A rapidly expanding global business services organisation is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager (Management Accounts) to join its dynamic Accounting Operations team. Operating in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, this role is perfect for a qualified accountant who thrives on problem-solving, driving improvements, and influencing senior stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
*Lead month-end processes across multiple entities
*Prepare journals, analysis and insightful commentary
*Drive process improvement, simplification & automation
*Deliver robust balance sheet reconciliations & internal controls
*Ensure compliance with SOx, US GAAP, IFRS & audit requirements
*Partner with senior stakeholders across finance & operations
What you’ll bring
*ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
*Strong knowledge of US GAAP & IFRS
*Experience in large, complex corporate environments
*Advanced Excel & financial systems skills (Oracle, Hyperion/HFM)
*Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capability
*A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
