You’ll take ownership of global communications plans, leading campaigns from concept to delivery, working with senior stakeholders and creative teams to drive impactful, multi-channel marketing initiatives.

Description
*Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns and product launches, from strategy to execution
*Develop and implement global communications plans aligned with business goals
*Manage photo and video shoots, content creation, and collaboration with external suppliers
*Work closely with product specialists to understand products and customer needs
*Ensure brand consistency across all communications and touchpoints
*Collaborate with internal teams, including press, events, and graphic design
*Manage campaign budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Profile
A successful Marketing Communications Specialist should have:
*Experience in B2B marketing, with a marketing degree preferred but not essential
*Proven ability to manage creative campaigns, including photo/video shoots
*Excellent communicator, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
*Commercially minded, with experience managing budgets and delivering on targets
*Passionate about branding, storytelling, and maintaining consistency
*Comfortable travelling both within the UK and internationally
*Hands-on, proactive, and collaborative approach with strong attention to detail
