A major international consultancy group is seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to support one of its high-profile UK divisions. With significant scale, a global footprint, and continued strategic growth, this is an exciting opportunity to have real influence and partner with senior leadership in a fast-paced, people-driven organisation.
What you’ll be doing
*Own divisional forecasting, ensuring accurate revenue & profit projections
*Review financial performance with key stakeholders & drive improvement actions
*Support senior leaders on commercial strategy & key business decisions
*Provide financial input on strategic bids & global submissions
*Lead month-end reviews including WIP and margin analysis
*Produce high-quality board reporting & present insights quarterly
*Support divisional budgeting end-to-end
*Contribute to wider finance projects, including potential M&A activity
*Identify opportunities for process efficiency & automation
What you’ll bring
*Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
*Proven business partnering experience
*2+ years post-qualified experience
*Strong commercial acumen & ability to challenge senior stakeholders
