Job Description:
A high-growth, nationally recognised corporate practice is seeking an ambitious Equity Capital Markets Associate or Senior Associate to join its expanding ECM team.
This opportunity is ideal for a commercially minded lawyer who thrives on transactional work and is seeking genuine progression within a dynamic and supportive environment.
The Opportunity
You will advise corporates, investment banks, brokers and major shareholders on a broad range of capital markets matters, including:
*IPOs (AIM and Main Market)
*Equity subscriptions and placings
*Rights issues
*Private placements
*Public M&A
*Corporate governance advisory
*Primary and secondary offerings on UK and international exchanges
The team handles complex, high-value and increasingly cross-border mandates, including transatlantic and pan-European transactions.
You will be encouraged to take ownership of transactions while working closely with experienced partners on more sophisticated matters.
The Platform
*National corporate team of 90+ lawyers
*Strong AIM and Main Market credentials
*Established broker and nominated adviser relationships
*Partner-led deal execution
*Listed professional services business
*Significant growth trajectory in ECM

*Minimum 5 PQE
*Strong equity capital markets and public M&A experience
*Experience managing transactions
*Confident client handling skills
*Commercial and pragmatic approach

*Interest in mentoring junior lawyers
*Cross-border experience is helpful but not essential.
