Job role: Chef De Partie
Location: Central London
Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7, including weekends!
Houston & Hawkes have an exciting opportunity for a Chef De Partie to work in our prestigious contract catering site in the heart of London.
Chef De Partie Requirements:
*A genuine passion for food
*Knowledge of the Hospitality industry
*Knowledge and ability to run a section
*Ability to produce good-quality food
*A desire to want to learn
*Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships
*Strive for excellence in an eager and motivated manner
*Take initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers

*Excellent organisational and planning skills
