Job Description:
We’re working confidentially with a highly respected, values-led organisation in Cambridge to appoint a Compliance Officer to support the implementation of their policies and procedures.
This is a broad, hands-on compliance role offering real ownership, variety, and the opportunity to shape and develop processes within a supportive and professional environment.
Main duties will include:
*Managing and supporting ISI compliance
*Risk management, incident reporting and follow-up
*Business continuity planning
*Data protection and information management
*Undertaking internal audits and compliance reviews
*Interpreting legislation and policies and translating these clearly for non-specialists
*General ad-hoc administration duties
The successful candidate will bring:
*Experience in compliance, risk, governance or data protection
*Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
*The ability to interpret legislation and explain it clearly and pragmatically
*A calm, organised approach with excellent problem-solving skills
*A collaborative, professional and proactive mindset
