Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Our client is a specialist wetroom manufacturer seeking a Technical Sales Advisor to join our growing and supportive team at their new headquarters .
This opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in bathrooms, KBB, construction products, or technical order processing who enjoys problem-solving, delivering excellent customer support, and working in a fast-paced, technical environment.
The Role
As a Technical Sales Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
*Handling technical inbound enquiries from installers, retailers, and architects
*Preparing quotations and processing orders using our CRM system
*Advising customers on our wetroom product range and supporting with installation queries
*Producing simple 2D CAD drawings using templates (full training provided)
*Managing leads from initial enquiry through to order stage
This is a varied and engaging role that combines technical knowledge, customer service, and sales support.
About You
We would love to hear from you if you have:
*Experience within bathrooms/KBB or construction products
*Technical sales support or order processing experience
*Confidence communicating with trade customers
*Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems
*Confidence handling enquiries via phone and email
