About the Role
Our client is seeking a calm, reliable, and proactive Housing Night Concierge to join their team in Salisbury. This role provides essential overnight support within supported accommodation, ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment throughout the night.
You will act as a reassuring presence on-site, supporting individuals who may have complex needs or display challenging behaviours, while helping maintain a peaceful and safe setting for all residents.
Additional Information
*A valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle are required.

(Business insurance will be needed if travel for work is involved.)
*This role involves working evenings and nights after 7 PM.

Full shift patterns will be discussed at interview.
*Shifts are waking night shifts, requiring you to be alert and responsive at all times.
Experience & Skills
Essential:
*Experience supporting individuals with complex needs and/or challenging behaviours.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in unexpected or difficult situations.
Desirable (but not required):
*Previous experience in overnight or concierge roles.
Full training and induction will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
*Act as a reassuring presence on-site, ensuring the safety, security, and wellbeing of residents during night-time hours and weekends.
*Carry out regular building checks and patrols to monitor safety, identify maintenance issues, and maintain a calm environment.
*Monitor CCTV, responding quickly and appropriately to any concerns in line with policies and procedures.
*Maintain accurate logs, recording incidents, observations, and activities throughout the shift.
*Provide clear verbal and written handovers to ensure smooth transition between shifts.
