What You’ll Do
* Review existing content, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and rewrite into AI-ready formats like Q&A pairs, decision trees, and intent-based chunks
* Apply consistent taxonomy, tagging, and metadata to support retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and AI consumption
* Align knowledge with chatbot/model requirements, design prompt-ready content, analyze performance, and refine based on real user queries
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and translate complex or regulatory information into clear, user-friendly language
* Define content ownership, approval flows, and knowledge standards (structure, tone, versioning) for AI use
* Implement processes to keep knowledge current and embed compliance, risk, and regulatory considerations into content design

What You Bring
* Proven experience as a Knowledge Manager, Content Strategist, or Knowledge Lead
* Hands-on expertise in preparing and structuring knowledge for AI, search, and chatbot platforms
* Skilled in AI enablement, iterating knowledge based on chatbot performance and real user interactions
* Strong analytical and content optimization abilities, ensuring knowledge is accurate, structured, and AI-ready
* Adaptable and decisive, able to navigate ambiguity and make pragmatic decisions quickly
* Exceptional written communication, skilled at transforming unstructured internal documents into clear, organized content
