CNC Miller
Full-Time - 37.5 hours per week
Based in Dartford
We are seeking a skilled CNC Miller to join our precision engineering team in Dartford. This role involves machining high-quality components to tight tolerances, working from detailed technical drawings within a busy manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
? Programming, Setting and operating CNC 3 axis milling machines
? Producing precision components to specification and fine tolerances
? Familiarity of working with Heidenhein controls would be advantageous
? Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
? Selecting appropriate tooling and materials
? Performing quality checks to ensure accuracy and finish
? Maintaining machines and ensuring safe operation
? Working collaboratively with the workshop team to meet production targets
Candidate Requirements
? Proven experience as a CNC Miller in a precision engineering environment
? Ability to set and operate CNC milling machines independently
? Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances
? High attention to detail and commitment to quality
? Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
? Flexible approach to workload and deadlines
