We’re partnering with an exciting, fast-scaling start-up based in Birmingham that is looking for a driven Graduate Finance Analyst to join their team. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, contribute to strategic decisions, and grow as the business grows.
This role would suit someone who:
*Has recently graduated in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline

What you’ll be involved in:
*Financial analysis and performance reporting
*Cashflow monitoring and commercial insight
*Improving processes as the business scales
*Partnering with operational teams to support growth decisions

Salary
*£28,000 - £30,000 plus Study Support
*5 days in office with 25 days annual leave
