We’re recruiting 2 Customer Service Officers to join our fast-paced, friendly Environment & Neighbourhood Contact Centre. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents, handling calls across Recycling & Waste, Pest Control, Street Maintenance and more.
No call centre experience? No problem!
We value a positive attitude, a clear telephone manner, and someone who’s eager to learn. Many of our best team members joined straight from education — we love helping people grow!
What You’ll Be Doing
Answering incoming calls across multiple queues
Putting the customer first in every interaction
Updating multiple IT systems with accuracy and speed
Using your knowledge of Brent’s streets to support residents (preferred, not essential)
What We’re Looking For
Quick learners
Clear communicators
Confident with multiple systems
Team players with a positive, can-do attitude
Happy to work full-time with no flexibility on hours or rate
Working Arrangements
First 3 months: Office-based in Wembley Park for training
After training: Hybrid – work from home 2 days a week
Office days: Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays
