Job Description:
We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Sales Administrator to join our small team as the business continues to grow. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the whole office and play a genuine part in how the business runs day-to-day. You’ll be trusted with real responsibility early on, and you’ll see the direct impact of your work.
This role suits someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership and wants to learn how a commercial travel business actually works - not just from theory, but by being actively involved.

We’re a UK-based digital B2B travel company that designs and delivers carefully curated premium group tours and experiences. We work with long-standing partners including Hilton, Marriott, English Heritage, Orient Express and the Royal Collection Trust, and focus on quality, strong relationships and well-thought-out travel experiences.

What will you be doing?
*Supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to confirmed booking
*Preparing quotes, following up with clients and keeping sales records up to date
*Coordinating with operations to ensure bookings are delivered smoothly
*Assisting with sales materials, marketing proposals and client communications
*Helping improve how we track enquiries and manage customer relationships
*Providing practical support to the CEO and senior team as needed
Who we are looking for
*Someone organised, dependable and comfortable taking responsibility
*An interest in sales, business development or commercial roles
*Previous office experience in the UK or Europe
*Clear, confident communication skills (written and verbal)
*Willingness to learn, ask questions and improve
*Able to stay calm and focused when things get busy
*A 2:1 degree or equivalent qualification (apprenticeships also considered)
