Job Description:
We are currently advertising on behalf of a large multi-branded Automotive Dealership Group who are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to assist in their busy Service Department in the Bristol area.
Our Motor Trade Client is seeking a Service Advisor who is high performing and can provide only the best level of customer service.
Benefits:
*Starting salary up to £24,000 per annum
*Uncapped performance-related bonus of around £4,200 per annum, paid monthly.
*30 days annual holiday allowance (any bank holidays worked, you gain a day off in lieu to compensate for it).

*37.25-hour week across Monday to Sunday with a monthly pre-scheduled rota between 8:00am-9:00pm (remote working available between 6:00pm-9:00pm and 1-in-2 weekends required).
Requirements:
*A working experience within a Service Advisor role – motor trade background is advantageous.
*Capable of working towards targets/ KPIs
*Customer Focused and an excellent communicator
*IT literate
*Able to commute to both North & Central Bristol in the interim, as our client’s head office will be moving to a brand-new purpose-built site in north Bristol/near Cribbs Causeway, in 2027.
Duties of role:
*Professionally communicate with customers regarding their journey, of purchasing a new vehicle.
*Capturing key information and updating our client’s vehicle sales system to ensure they’re delivering a personalised experience.
*Working together with the vehicle sales team by turning inbound enquiries into scheduled appointments.
*Update Customers and Vehicle Records
*Prepare and complete Invoices
*Other Ad-Hoc Duties as the role requires
