We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with operational leaders, providing financial insight, supporting decision-making, and helping drive performance across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities *Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
*Provide clear analysis, commentary, and insight to inform operational and strategic decisions.
*Monitor financial performance, highlight variances, and identify opportunities for improvement.
*Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business.
*Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting, processes, and financial controls.
About You *A qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or equivalent experience.
*Strong analytical and communication skills.
*Comfortable working with data, reporting, and performance metrics.
*Ability to challenge constructively and support positive change.
