RTV (Return to Vendor) Shipper Location: Wolverhampton
Pay Rate: £16.06 per hour
Contract: 6-Month Rolling Contract
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–4:45pm | Friday 8:00am–12:00pm
Morson are recruiting on behalf of a leading international aerospace and defence company, Safran Actuation Systems, supporting the search for skilled logistics professionals to join their established team in Wolverhampton.
We are currently seeking an RTV (Return to Vendor) Packer/Shipper to join the Logistics Team. This is a hands-on role focused on packing and shipping goods being returned to suppliers, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and safe handling at every stage of the process.
Key Responsibilities * Pick, pack, and prepare items for Return to Vendor (RTV) shipments

* Generate and process RTV paperwork via SAP, courier systems, and supplier portals

* Liaise with couriers to arrange collections and deliveries via email, phone, and online portals

* Verify RTV documentation, parts, and quantities against requirements

* Load and unload vehicles safely, ensuring approved drivers are ID-checked

* Maintain accurate RTV and dispatch logs/records

* Follow all relevant Quality and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) procedures

* Maintain clean, organised work areas in line with 5S standards

Requirements * Previous warehouse, packing, or shipping experience preferred (full training provided)

* Computer literate (SAP experience advantageous)

* Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy of goods and documentation

* Good organisational and time management skills

* Strong communication skills when dealing with suppliers, couriers, and colleagues

* Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team

* Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
