About the Role:

This is a rare opportunity to join a respected law firm with. You’ll be part of a small, collaborative team of Employment Lawyers providing expert advice to a diverse client base. The vacancy has arisen due to positive changes in the firm, offering significant scope for career advancement, including potential leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
*Advising clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
*Handling tribunal claims, settlement agreements, contracts, policies and procedures
*Supporting corporate transactions with employment law input
*Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development
About You:
*Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 - years PQE in Employment Law
*Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*A proactive, team-oriented approach
