Role: Mortgage Operations Administrator
Location: Warrington (Office-Based)
Type: Part-Time (25 Hours Per Week)
Salary: £20,000 per annum (£15.38 per hour) | OTE: £26,000 (pro-rata)
About the Role
Due to a period of continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Mortgage Operations Administrator to join our Warrington office. This is a key role within the business, focused on supporting the journey from initial application through to completion and ensuring a smooth, efficient experience for our clients.
The successful candidate will take ownership of case progression, acting as the main point of contact for solicitors, lenders, and insurance providers, while coordinating updates and managing the administrative process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
*Sales Progression: Proactively managing and chasing mortgage applications from submission through to completion.
*Stakeholder Management: Liaising with solicitors, underwriters, and insurance providers to resolve queries and prevent delays.
*Client Relationship Management: Providing regular updates to clients and ensuring a high standard of service throughout the process.
*Administrative Compliance: Ensuring all files are maintained to a high standard and meet regulatory requirements.
*Lead Coordination: Managing incoming enquiries and supporting the sales pipeline.
The Ideal Candidate:
*Experience: Previous experience within a mortgage brokerage or financial services environment is highly preferred.
*Skills: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of cases simultaneously.
*Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
*Attitude: A self-starter with a "can-do" approach who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
*Education: While industry experience is preferred, we will consider exceptional candidates from other professional backgrounds who demonstrate the right aptitude.
Working Hours: We offer flexibility for the right candidate. The 25 hours per week can be structured over 4 or 5 days (Monday–Friday) or condensed into a Monday–Thursday schedule.
