Investment Risk Manager

Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days a week in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

What you’ll do
* Provide independent investment risk oversight across UCITS equity funds, ETFs, and multi-asset portfolios through detailed analysis and ongoing surveillance.
* Develop and enhance the risk management framework to measure, monitor, and report portfolio and market exposures.
* Review and refine risk policies, limits, and governance standards, identifying improvements through data-driven insights.
* Design and implement analytical tools and statistical models to assess risk drivers, presenting clear findings to senior stakeholders.
* Monitor market developments, macro trends, and quantitative factors, ensuring evolving risks are reflected in portfolio analysis.
* Contribute risk expertise to new product development and support broader strategic initiatives across the function.

What you bring
* Experience in investment risk, portfolio analysis, or a related function within asset management.
* Degree in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
* Strong understanding of financial markets, macroeconomic drivers, and cross-asset dynamics.
* Proven ability to deliver rigorous analysis, provide credible challenge, and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
* Strong programming capability, particularly advanced Python coding skills, alongside solid SQL proficiency; experience working with AWS is desirable. Familiarity with risk systems (e.g., Axioma, BarraOne) is advantageous.
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment; progress toward CFA or FRM is beneficial.
