Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
*Lead day-to-day execution across buy-side and sell-side M&A processes, including financial analysis, modelling, valuation, and due diligence management.
*Work closely with Directors/MDs to prepare client materials (IMs, management presentations, value-creation analyses).
*Drive work streams independently with clients, lawyers, consultants and other advisers.
*Contribute to origination efforts by preparing sector insights, target lists and pitch materials.
*Mentor and support Analysts on modelling, materials and process management.
Ideal Candidate
*Around 5 - 6 years of experience in Investment Banking, ideally currently an associate 2 or 3.
*Dedicated Healthcare M&A experience (healthcare services, pharma services, medtech, biotech, health IT, or broader HC sectors).
*Strong technical skill set: advanced modelling, valuation, process management, and client-facing execution.
*Comfortable operating in lean teams, and managing hands-on responsibility.
