Key Duties:
*Provide academic support to students across the KS3 and KS4 curriculum.
*Lead small group interventions to help pupils prepare for GCSE assessments.
*Work one-to-one with individual students to improve subject understanding.
*Assist the class teacher in maintaining a productive and focused environment.
*Simplify complex lesson objectives to ensure all students can progress.
*Prepare and organise learning materials tailored to the secondary level.
*Monitor student performance and deliver progress reports to the department.
*Ensure student safety and follow school safeguarding protocols at all times.
*Supervise students during lesson changes and structured break periods.
What You Need?
*Previous work experience with children or young people is preferred.
*A calm, professional manner and the ability to adapt to different subjects.
*An Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply for one and the right to work in the UK.
