The Opportunity *Support customised DC retirement and default solutions within a well-established global investment house
*Lead operational implementation of fund launches, transitions, and BAU investment changes
*Contribute to the development of default strategies, including projects involving target date fund structures
Requirements *Essential: proven experience in a DC pensions-focused operations or delivery role
*Strong understanding of the UK DC regulatory environment and hands-on experience implementing investment changes
*Target date fund experience highly desirable, alongside strong data, reconciliation, and Excel skills
