This is a newly created role within a lean treasury team, offering hands-on responsibility, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the chance to develop quickly in a commercially focused environment.
The role would suit either a high-calibre graduate with excellent academic results, or a treasury administrator looking to step into a broader, more technical position, within a high growth energy environment.
The role • Support day-to-day treasury operations across an international group

• Process and oversee payments across multiple banking platforms and jurisdictions

• Assist with weekly payment runs in a time-critical environment

• Maintain strong controls, accuracy and audit trails

• Liaise with internal stakeholders across finance, operations and HR

• Support the ongoing development of treasury processes and ways of working

• Gain exposure to a broad range of treasury activities within a growing business

The ideal candidate • Right to work in the UK

• For graduates:
• Strong academic background with top grades

• Numerate degree preferred (Finance, Economics, Maths, Engineering or similar)

• For experienced candidates:
• Previous experience in a treasury administration or payments role

• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting fixed deadlines

• Curious, adaptable and eager to learn

• Confident communicator with a professional approach

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment

Attitude, work ethic and attention to detail are more important than length of experience.
