CRM Executive - Premium Fashion, Luxury - Online/Digital Platform
Role Overview
We’re looking for a hands-on CRM Executive to deliver and optimise day-to-day activity in Klaviyo. You’ll be responsible for building and sending campaigns, setting up automations, reporting on performance, and making sure our emails are fully optimised, look great, and go out on time. This role is ideal for someone early in their CRM career who’s confident with the technical side of email marketing and wants to grow into a more strategic role over time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Management & Execution
*Manage daily CRM operations in Klaviyo
*Build and update lifecycle flows (welcome, abandon cart, post-purchase, winback)
*Set up and deploy automated campaigns
*Run A/B testing
*Maintain accurate segments and dynamic content
2. Campaign Execution
*Build and schedule weekly/monthly campaigns in line with the trade calendar
*Prepare copy, creative assets, and links before send
*Own the end-to-end build of CRM campaigns - designing, creating, and deploying emails (and eventually push, SMS, and other CRM channels)
3. Reporting & Optimisation
*Track and report on CRM KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribes, LTV)
*Share weekly performance updates with the team
*Translate insights into actionable plans and suggestions to improve performance.
4. Team Support
*Support the Head of Marketing with broader CRM and retention goals
*Work closely with the Tech and Partnership teams to deliver campaigns on brand and on time
*Help shape lifecycle planning and segment strategy
*Support cross-channel initiatives such as sales, seasonal campaigns, or brand launches
*Collaborate on upcoming initiatives in loyalty, referral, and SMS
About You
*1+ year of professional CRM/email marketing experience (eCommerce, fashion, or lifestyle preferred)
*Hands-on Klaviyo (or similar platform) experience - campaigns, flows, segmentation
*Strong campaign planning and execution skills (can write, brief, or manage creative)
*Strong attention to detail
*Analytical mindset - Comfortable using reporting tools and making sense of performance data
*Self-motivated and happy to work independently in a fast-moving environment
*Collaborative and open to feedback; a team player with a proactive mindset
*Bonus: Basic HTML/CSS skills and an interest in customer retention
