The Opportunity
We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Manager to join our team and take ownership of a portfolio of Staffing and Recruitment Agency clients . In this dual-focused role, you’ll be responsible for nurturing and expanding existing accounts while also generating new business opportunities within the staffing sector.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor to your clients, understanding their placement challenges and providing tailored solutions using eFinancialCareers’ suite of recruitment and branding products.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management
*Own and manage a portfolio of staffing agency clients with a focus on customer retention and satisfaction.
*Develop strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
*Understand client needs, hiring cycles, and business challenges to deliver consultative, value-driven solutions.
*Deliver regular performance reviews, usage reports, and campaign optimizations.
*Ensure high customer engagement and ROI through effective product usage, training, and support.
New Business Generation
*Identify, prospect, and onboard new staffing clients through proactive outreach and consultative selling.
*Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
*Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and proposal presentations tailored to the client’s hiring goals.
*Collaborate with marketing to support lead generation initiatives and market intelligence.
What We’re Looking For
*2–5 years of experience in B2B account management or sales, ideally within recruitment media, HR tech, or staffing services.
*Proven ability to manage client relationships while consistently achieving revenue targets.
*Strong consultative selling skills with an ability to uncover client needs and present compelling solutions.
*Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
*Proactive, self-motivated, and commercially minded with a passion for delivering results.
*Familiarity with ATS, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and digital recruitment products is a plus.
