Job Title: Manager Client ServicesThis position is Temporary - Permanent
We are seeking a Centre Manager to work within a fast-paced, premium environment. As Centre Manager, you will take full ownership of the centre’s operational, financial, and client performance. You will lead and develop your team, ensure seamless delivery of services and events, and drive commercial success through client retention and revenue management.
You will be accountable for the overall performance of the centre, acting as the brand ambassador and ensuring standards reflect a premium, hospitality-led experience.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage daily operations within a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment
*Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
*Delegate effectively and maintain exceptional service standards across all functions
*Ensure operational compliance and consistency
*Drive revenue performance and support business growth initiatives
*Manage budgets, cost control, and financial reporting
*Monitor occupancy levels, performance metrics, and forecasting processes
*Use data and insights to protect and maximise revenue stream
*Plan and deliver high-quality professional events and activations
*Oversee end-to-end logistics, stakeholder coordination, and on-site execution
*Develop strategic engagement plans for priority clients
*Maximise attendance and create impactful experiences that strengthen long-term relationship
*Build strong, trusted relationships with clients
*Collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders
About You
*Proven operational leadership experience within a hospitality-led or service-driven environment
*Strong commercial awareness with exposure to revenue targets and budgeting
*Experience managing client renewals and retention strategies
*Skilled in events planning and professional client-facing delivery
*Data-driven with an understanding of occupancy tracking and forecasting
*Highly organised with excellent coordination skills
*Confident communicator and natural relationship builder
*Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and pride in leadership
