The Opportunity
*Competitive base salary of £35,000 with uncapped commission (OTE £17,200 in Year 1).

What You’ll Be Doing
*Proactively booking product demonstrations with key decision-makers.
*Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
*Generating leads through cold calling, prospecting, and personalised outreach.
*Designing tailored sales cadences to highlight the company’s unique value proposition.
*Staying informed on industry trends, events, and market opportunities to strengthen your sales approach.
About You
*Highly motivated to build a successful career in sales.
*Strong academic background, ideally with a 2:1 or above in an undergraduate degree.
*Previous experience in sales or recruitment is advantageous but not essential.
*Proactive, driven, and resilient.
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools to manage pipelines and track performance.
