About the RoleService Leader – Extra Care
Lead with purpose and make a real difference in people’s lives. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a vibrant Extra Care service where you can lead a dedicated team and empower individuals in your community.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead a passionate team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support
*Champion community integration and meaningful engagement for the people supported
*Oversee care plans for individuals with complex needs, ensuring safety, dignity, and quality of life
*Take on the role of Registered Manager, responsible for compliance, leadership, and service excellence
*Drive performance and promote a positive, values-driven culture within the service
Who We’re Looking For*Experienced in health or social care with strong leadership skills
*Passionate about helping people live fulfilling lives
*Confident managing behaviours requiring intensive support planning
*Comfortable with IT systems (training available if needed)
*Holds a relevant professional qualification (e.g., Nurse, Social Worker, NVQ Level 4)
*Reliable, patient, empathetic, and compassionate with excellent problem-solving skills
*Strong work ethic, determination, resilience, and a natural leader
