Field Sales Representative
£26,227.50 base salary (£40,000 OTE) + loyalty bonuses
Commercial vehicle provided | Full UK Driving Licence required
I’m currently partnering with a rapidly growing full-fibre broadband provider that’s transforming digital connectivity across rural towns and villages throughout Northern England and Scotland. They’re on an exciting journey of growth, backed by strong investment, and are now looking to expand their high performing field sales team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves being out in the field, engaging with customers face-to-face, and driving sales in a high-growth environment.

The Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of the business within your territory. You’ll spend your time visiting residential areas, talking to customers, and presenting broadband solutions that genuinely improve day-to-day life for households.
Key Responsibilities
*Door-to-door sales within active network areas
*Build and maintain a strong pipeline of customer leads
*Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales targets
*Plan your daily route to maximise customer interaction opportunities
*Hold engaging, informative conversations about full-fibre services
*Sell responsibly and transparently to minimise cancellations
*Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
*Keep CRM systems (HubSpot, PSI) accurate and up to date
*Share local market insights and competitor activity


What You’ll Bring
*Proven record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
*Experience in customer-facing sales — D2D, retail, utilities or promotions
*A resilient, positive personality able to handle rejection professionally
*Strong customer focus and ability to build trust quickly
*Valid full UK driving licence
