Shipping Coordinator, near Reading
*Coordinate daily shipping activities for UK and international orders
*Deal with import and export documentation
*Prepare all required shipping and customs documentation
*Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics partners
*Track shipments and resolve delays or discrepancies promptly
*Maintain accurate shipping records within internal systems
*Work closely with warehouse and customer service teams
*Monitor costs and support optimisation of freight spend
*Ensure compliance with export, import, and safety regulations


Profile
Shipping Coordinator, near Reading
*Experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination
*Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs processes
*Knowledge and experience of air, ocean and road freight
*In depth knowledge of UK/EU Regulations
*High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
*Proficient in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems
*Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
