Warehouse Operative - Altrincham We are excited to partner with a successful and growing company in Altrincham to recruit an experienced Warehouse Operative. If you have at least two years of warehouse experience, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team that values dedication, reliability, and long-term progression. In this role, you’ll play a key part in the smooth operation of a busy warehouse.


Responsibilities:

*Picking and packing orders accurately
*Unloading containers and managing deliveries
*Replenishing stock and maintaining cleanliness
*Participating in stock takes and inventory control
*Palletising goods for dispatch
*Ensuring a safe working environment
*Collaborating with team members to meet deadlines
*Assisting with other warehouse duties as needed


Requirements:

*Minimum of 2 years experience in a warehouse or similar setting
*Experience as a Warehouse Assistant, Stores Operative, Picker/Packer, or Goods In Operative within the Apparel/clothing/textiles industry
*Strong attention to detail
*Positive attitude with a strong team ethic
*FLT experience is advantageous but not essential
*Willingness to undergo training for FLT license
*Reliable and punctual
*Ability to work well under pressure
Location: Altrincham
Salary: £26,000 + Bonus + Overtime
Hours: June–August: Mon–Fri, 7:50am–4:30pm, Sept–May: Mon–Fri, 7:50am–5:00pm
Breaks: Paid morning and afternoon breaks, unpaid lunch
