The Financial Controller will oversee and manage all aspects of financial operations within the accounting and finance department. This role requires a strategic individual with proven expertise in financial services to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.

Description
Supporting the CFO across all aspects of the Finance function including:
*Ownership of the monthly management accounts and Board reporting process
*Ownership and development of the monthly forecasting process
*Accuracy of revenue recognition and timeliness of reconciliations
*Acting as the lead contact with third party accountants, liaising on key accounting, audit and tax matters
*Production and timely submission of statutory accounts for all relevant group entities
*Compliance and the tax reporting aspects of the business, to include Corporation Tax and VAT
*Integration of Finance and related operational aspects of acquired businesses, working closely with internal M&A team
*Management and development of juniors in the finance team (4 reports)
Profile
The ideal candidate will be:
*Fully Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) with minimum of 5+ years PQE
*Experience within broader Financial Services sector (Wealth Management a plus)
*Strong Management Accounting and Reporting skills
*Regulatory, Tax and compliance reporting
*Highly organised, priority focused
*Team management and development experience
*Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
