The role:
*Lead audits and accounts preparation for a varied client portfolio
*Work directly with clients, building strong, lasting relationships
*Support and mentor junior staff, sharing your knowledge and experience
*Deliver high-quality, accurate work while contributing ideas to improve processes
About you:
*ACA, ACCA, or part-qualified
*Audit and accounts experience within practice
*Confident liaising with clients and managing engagements
*Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused
