Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and formally qualified hospitality professional to undertake a long-term temporary assignment within the restaurant and pub sector. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to an individual who thrives on improving performance through robust systems, clear processes, and confident leadership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing existing operational practices, identifying what is working well, and implementing practical, sustainable improvements across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct detailed reviews of current operational processes and systems
*Identify strengths, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
*Design and implement clear, effective operational changes
*Work confidently with management and on-site teams to drive adoption
*Ensure changes are methodical, measurable, and commercially focused
About You:
*Formally qualified within hospitality, operations, or business management
*Extensive senior-level experience within restaurants and/or pubs
*Strong character with the confidence to challenge and lead change
*Highly organised, analytical, and methodical in approach
*Pragmatic, solutions-focused, and comfortable working autonomously
