Junior Property Fee Earner


Our client a leading multi office practice specialising in property, due to continued growth are now recruiting for a Junior Property Fee Earner to join their property department. The Role


*Take instructions from clients
*Dealing with sales and purchases of leasehold, freehold, transfer of equity and new build property matters
*Preparing contract pack
*Chasing enquiries and progress on the matter to ensure a speedy exchange
*Raising client enquiries with solicitors
*Carry out all electronic ID checks, OS2 and Bankruptcy searches
*Issuing contracts and dealing with any sale enquiries
*Support in exchanging contracts and completion transactions


The Candidate
*You will have at least 2 year’s residential property experience gained within a reputable law firm, Knowledge of conveyancing from start to finish along with new build experience would be preferred
*Strong IT skills, experience with case management systems
*Able to work to deadlines
*Strong communication skills across all channels with developers, solicitors, lenders and clients
