Description
*Act as first point of contact for Facilities requests via phone, email and CAFM
*Log reactive and planned work orders with accurate detail
*Monitor open tasks, chase updates, escalate delays
*Maintain clear communication with staff and contractors
*Ensure timely closure and high-quality data entry
*Support improvements to CAFM processes and workflows
*Represent Facilities with professionalism and a customer-focused approach
Profile
A successful Estates Helpdesk Officer should have:
*Experience in customer service, helpdesk or facilities support
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*High accuracy, detail-focused and confident using IT systems
*Calm, organised and able to manage a high volume of requests
*Experience with CAFM systems (Concept / MRI Evolution) desirable
