We are partnering with a large distribution organisation to appoint a Senior Procurement Manager – Fleet to be based near Swindon. This is a strategic role responsible for applying best practice procurement methodologies for cost optimisation, sustainability, and supplier performance within a global fast-paced logistics environment. Hybrid working is offered with 1-2 days in office.

Key Responsibilities
*Responsible for fleet category strategy, securing commercial agreements and measurable cost savings
*Lead cross functional sourcing initiatives, ensuring procurement strategies are aligned to business requirements.
*Establish and manage supplier performance frameworks
*Build strong cross-functional relationships to deliver end-to-end sourcing solutions.
*Ensure adherence to procurement policies, processes and governance.
*Responsible for central contracts, systems, pricing and legal documentation.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in commercial fleet procurement and strong negotiation and contract management capability. MCIPS qualification/ studier is desirable but not essential
