Sales Manager
Red Recruitment is recruiting a Sales Manager to drive operational excellence and manage a team of Business Development Leads to deliver an optimum level of service to their customers.
You will have a proven track record of engaging with, motivating, and proactively managing a sales team, and confidence with working in a busy sales environment.
Benefits and Package for a Sales Manager:
*Salary: Up to £38,000 per annum + an uncapped commission structure
*Hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hours
*Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Manager:
*Leading, inspiring, and developing a team of BDL to achieve and exceed performance targets
*Monitoring and optimising Contact Centre metrics to deliver exceptional customer experiences
*Weekly meetings with CEO and key senior stakeholders to discuss team performance and ongoing targets
*Providing hands-on coaching and development to enhance team performance and individual growth
*Holding training sessions for raw talent candidates
*Driving results for ambitious KPIs and service standards
*Utilising your commercial acumen to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
*Collaborating with other departments to align strategies and achieve business goals
Key Skills and Experience of a Sales Manager:
*3+ years as a Sales Team Manager
*Experience managing a team of 10 or more
*Team and side-by-side coaching experience is advantageous
*A proven track record of engaging with and managing a sales team
*Be inspired to drive excellence with your own targets and your teams
