Job Description:
Our client, an established, local business, is seeking a proactive and results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth with commercial clients.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the on-going success of the business.


Responsibilities
*Identify and target potential clients within the commercial sector to sell General Insurance products, that meet their individual needs.
*Collate and analyse financial information in order to recommend products and services that meet their needs.
*Cross-sell a full range of insurance products.
*Use CRM to record and track prospects to maximise conversion ratio.
*Handling and negotiating policy renewals.
*Learn and expand your own knowledge base, in order to best serve your customers requirements.
Skills
*Previous experience in the insurance sector.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels.
*Drive and ambition to meet (and exceed) targets.
*Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
*A full UK driving licence.
