The opportunityEdmund & Evans have partnered with a fast-growing technology transformation recruitment business that has achieved seven figures in gross profit in under two years and is now building its next layer of consultants.
This is not a volume-driven, low-bar entry role. It is a demanding, performance-led opportunity designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in recruitment within a high-expectation, high-reward environment.
The business operates across global technology and digital markets, with a strong US focus, delivering into fast-moving, well-funded organisations. The platform is already proven. The next stage is about developing junior talent into high-performing consultants.

The roleAs a Trainee / Junior Recruitment Consultant (Associate), your initial focus will be on candidate delivery and market immersion.
You will work closely with an experienced, seven-figure biller, learning how high-performing desks are built and scaled. From day one, you will be exposed to live roles, active clients, and real commercial responsibility.
The first six months are structured around:
*Sourcing and engaging high-quality technology professionals
*Building deep market knowledge within a defined niche
*Managing candidate processes from first contact through to placement
*Earning commission immediately through a no-threshold structure
As performance develops, you will take on greater ownership of relationships, with a clear and structured progression into a full Recruitment Consultant role.
Working hours are aligned to US markets:
10am–7pm Monday to Thursday, 10am–5pm Friday.
