Sales Support (Part-Time)
Location: Theale, RG7 (Onsite)
Salary: £25,000–£27,000 per annum, pro rata
Job Type: Part-time - 20 hours
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support professional to join our team in Theale. This part-time role is essential in supporting both the Sales and Purchasing departments by managing a wide range of administrative and supplier-focused tasks. You will act as a central point of contact between internal teams, ensuring efficient processes and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
*Respond to enquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly.
*Prepare quotations, process purchase and sales orders, and ensure accuracy across all documentation (orders, quotes, invoices).
*Keep key stakeholders informed with up-to-date order information and timelines.
*Maintain and manage Purchasing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
*Liaise with Operations, Finance, Warehouse, and other departments to ensure seamless workflows and resolve any issues quickly.
*Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
Required Skills and Experience
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
*Methodical approach with exceptional attention to detail.
*Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
*Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred but not essential.
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
*Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong sense of urgency and accountability, with the ability to follow tasks through to completion.
